Single Component Inspection

The single component inspection is exactly what it says, I will check one specific component of the house.  If you are sure that the rest of the house is in good repair but just would like a second opinion about the electrical for example, this would be the inspection for you.  If you think you should also have the plumbing checked out I can add that to the inspection report also.  This type of inspection will take about an hour and is usually going to be a bit more detailed then the complete inspection because I will be able to focus on one particular system.
