Major Systems Inspection

The major systems inspection is for the experienced home buyer or for someone buying a pre-inspected house.  This inspection will cover the heart of your house, the components that keep your house safe and comfortable to live in.  During this 2-3 hour inspection I will check the overall structure to make sure that there are no issues.  I will check to make sure that it is water tight and that there are no moisture issues visible.  Then I will check out the main electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems to make sure they are functional and safe.  This inspection does not take me room to room checking on the little things like sinks, switches, outlets or doors and windows.
