Pre-Listing Inspection

The pre-listing inspection will cover all aspects of the house and immediate surrounding landscaping.  If you want to take all the surprises out of selling your house, this 3-4 hour visual inspection will do just that.  This inspection will help you maximize the value that you will get from your house on closing day.

Environmental testing is not included in any inspection.  However, I do offer radon testing and I can add it to any inspection.
