Radon is a cancer causing radioactive gas that can be found in your home.  It causes 21,000 lung cancer deaths a year according to the United States Environmental Protection Agency.  The Midwest has the highest concentrations of radon in the country.  If you are curious to find out more about radon go to the Environmental Protection Agency website.
