So you have decided that being a home owner is right for you.  You probably did not just decide over night that this was the thing you wanted to do.  There was a little bit of planning involved and possibly a few heated "conversations" with your significant other.  With all of the planning that goes in to deciding to purchase a house why would you not give that "perfect" home the same attention.  I know the feeling, you finally find that house that is just right for you and all you can think is where can I sign.  Before you get in over your head, take a step back, remember that you are about to make the biggest purchase of your life, and call me to make sure that your "dream home" isn't going to turn into your biggest nightmare.  For the first time home buyer and anyone who really wants to get the full story on the house they are about to purchase I would recommend the complete buyers inspection.
