What and Why a sewer scope you ask???

A sewer scope is a video inspection of the lateral sewer line (portion of the sewer line that the home owner is typically responsible for) from the house at or near the foundation to the city / HOA tap or septic tank.

The purpose of a sewer scope is to discover and report defects that were visible in the lateral sewer line that would otherwise go undetected until costly damage occurs.

Sewer Scope is offered as a stand alone inspection or can be added to any other service.
