Major Systems Inspection

The major systems inspection would be a useful selling tool if you just wanted to get a clean bill of health for the heart of your house.  During this 2-3 hour inspection I will check the overall structure to make sure that there are no issues.  I will check to make sure that it is water tight and that there are no moisture issues visible.  Then I will check out the main electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems to make sure they are functional and safe.  This inspection does not take me room to room checking on the little things like sinks, switches, outlets or doors and windows.
